For our New Zealand customers all products are the next day delivery (excluding any rural delivery)The delivery charges depend on what products are purchased. All products are delivered by NZ couriers
*Recorded next day delivery should arrive the next working day as long as you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday (unless it is a Public Holiday). Timing is not always in our control if the mail/courier network is having unforeseen issues.
All our Bundle offers within New Zealand automatically qualify for free next working day delivery. International orders to Australia and the Pacific have a 3-10 day delivery time.
All other BeYou products
The delivery costs for all other products will be calculated at checkout, with all shipping options available for these products displayed.
BeYou International Delivery
Beyou New Zealand offer competitive prices for international shipping to Australia and the Pacific Islands. All freight is international air with a 3-10 day delivery time.
We're not an unfair company and we never will be. A lot of these things are created to protect us from those who would take advantage, or hold us to an unreasonable standard. While most of the below holds true, please reach out to us if you have any issues at all and we'll try our best to help!
(a) Returns. Due to the nature of the Products, BeYou Together New Zealand does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
(b) Exchanges. We do not accept any Product exchanges.
(c) Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged ("Damaged Product"), BeYou Together New Zealand will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once BeYou New Zealand confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
(d) Sale and clearance items. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
(e) Return Procedures. All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused and unopened and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at email@example.com
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns can be mailed to: Unit 10, Cleveland Close Fairfield Dunedin 9018. New Zealand. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, or the product packaging is damaged in returning the goods, then we may reject a refund.
Unauthorised returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
