Ensure your skin is dry before use. Open the sachet, remove a patch, and carefully peel off the protective paper. Apply the adhesive side to the desired area for a cooling effect. Use for up to 12 hours and avoid applying heat. To remove, use warm water to loosen the adhesive and discard after use. 
This product is intended for single use only. The product has not undergone animal testing. It is not advised to use this product during pregnancy. Avoid broken or irritated skin, eyes, and eczema-prone areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If symptoms persist, consult your GP. This product does not diagnose or prevent any ailment or disease.

BeYou Cooling Forehead Patch
Wash the area before use. Open the pouch, remove a patch, and use immediately. Peel off part of the liner to expose the adhesive gel, then apply gently while removing the rest. Leave on for up to eight hours.
