Step 1
Dry the skin before use.
Step 2
Cut open a foil sachet, remove a patch, and peel back about 1 cm of the clear protective film.
Step 3
Stick the exposed part of the patch to the desired area. Gently peel away the remaining cover so the hydrogel adhesive can fully stick to the skin.
Step 4
Press firmly and hold it in place. Gently rub the patch whenever a touch-up is needed.

Apply when you need soothing or cooling relief on sore or tense areas. For maximum comfort, store the patch in the fridge before use. Remove after 8–12 hours.

Caution:
For external use only. Do not use more than one patch per day or for more than four consecutive days. In case of irritation or rash, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, consult your GP.
