Our Cooling Forehead Patches are made from natural plant fibres and contain a proprietary formulation of Menthol, Basil Oil and Rosemary Oil - containing absolutely no nasties.

What can I use the Cooling Forehead Patches for?

While they are designed for hot flushes, you can also use them on your forehead when you need a break or even if you’ve had a long night! You could even use them to simply keep cool in hot weather - one thing you can do is apply them across your wrists to help cool you down. Or even on the back of your neck!

Does it really last for 8 hours?

Yes! The essential oils are proven to release consistently over 8 hours. Of course some people prefer to change the patch or take it off sooner, but that’s down to individual choice.

If you are allergic to either menthol, basil or rosemary, we advise you to not use our product. If you are not sure, we advise testing it out on a small area first. If any irritation arises please take the patch off immediately and seek medical help.

I have sensitive skin, can I use your Cooling Forehead Patches?
Yes - these hydrogel patches are very gentle on the skin and suitable for sensitive skin. Having said that, if you do suffer from extremely sensitive skin, we advise you to test it out on a small area first.

Can I use the Cooling Forehead Patch if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
When it comes to pregnancy and breastfeeding, there is some anecdotal evidence to show that menthol can reduce the amount of milk produced. While that can be great for engorgement, it's not the intended purpose so we'd stay clear until breastfeeding is over.

Unlike our Monthly Patches or Muscle & Joint Patches, you can easily peel this patch off without any trouble. The adhesive is much gentler!

You can only use each patch once. However, that’s currently the only way to make sure the ingredients are released over 8 hours.
