Congratulations you are now a BeYou subscriber, welcome to the family! We're so excited that you're coming along this journey with us. In this guide, we're going to breakdown how your subscription works and how you customise it to suit your needs.
1. Log in/ Create an account
Firstly, log in to your BeYou account, on the account page. You can find the account page by clicking on the My Account icon (i.e the lil' person next to the shopping basket). If you haven't created an account but you are a subscriber simply click the 'register' button on the left-hand side and use the same email address that you used to set up your subscription. Then, when you have registered your account, all your previous subscription orders will appear in your account.
2. My Account
Once you have logged in, you will then reach the 'My Account' page. This shows all your previous subscriptions orders, their dates, prices as well as your address on the left-hand side. From here you can change your address and edit all your subscription details including the number of patches, frequency, next charge date, billing information and the delivery schedule.
3. Changing your subscription
You will land then the 'Subscription orders' page. You can see the name of the product, the number of patches you receive on subscription as well the next charge date. To amend your subscription click on the 'Edit' button on the right-hand side. If you would like to amend your address click on the 'Edit' button at the top.
1. Changing your subscription date
Your subscription date or charge date is when your patch order will be sent out. To change the date click on 'Change next charge date' and then select the date you wish to change it to. Once you've chosen the desired date, click save and the date will automatically change.
2. Changing the amount
Did you know you order as many packs of patches as you like on your subscription? Most subscribers start of with 1 pack every month but if you find that two or three would work best for you then you can change it here. Click on 'Change product quantity' and use the arrows to increase or decrease the number of patches you wish to receive. Then click on 'Save' and the quantity will automatically update for your next subscription.
3. Changing the delivery schedule
Also, your subscription doesn't have to renew every month. It can renew whenever you need to! If you would like to receive your patches every 3 weeks or 3 months, you can amend it by clicking on the 'Change delivery schedule'. Then select if you would like to receive every X amount of days, weeks or months. For example, if you would like to receive your subscription every 3 months, choose the number '3' then select 'Months'. Click 'Save' and your subscription is now updated.
4. Changing the payment method
If you would like to update your payment details, click on 'Update payment information' and then enter your new card details. Make sure your expiry date is up to date otherwise your subscription could be cancelled.
5. Changing your address
To change your address click the 'Edit' button underneath your address. You will be taken to a separate page with two boxes with your 'Shipping Address' and 'Billing Address'. Amend your details in both boxes and then scroll down to the button and click 'Save'.
Now that all your subscription details are all up to date, we will run down the rest of your subscription page.
4. Checking your delivery schedule
Click on 'Delivery schedule' to check when your upcoming subscription is to be placed. If you want to amend this you can do so by clicking 'Edit' and you will be taken to the page as seen above. On this page you can also skip a month by clicking on the 'Skip' button. The button will then change to 'Unskip' to revert back to the old delivery schedule.
5. Billing information
On this page, you can change your card details by clicking on 'Update Card'. Or you can update your billing address information by clicking on 'Edit'.
6. Purchase History
In 'Purchase History' you can see all your subscription orders since your first subscription was ordered.
